Did Anyone Try To Warn Anna Kepner's Family Before The Cruise?

The people outside this family are telling a story the prosecution's "no warning" language doesn't acknowledge. Anna Kepner's ex-boyfriend's father has publicly claimed he tried to warn the family — that Timothy Hudson was allegedly fixated on Anna, wanted to date her despite being her stepbrother, reportedly always carried a large knife, and was allegedly seen in a compromising position during a FaceTime call. Anna's aunt says Anna didn't want to go on the cruise. Hudson's own father accused the mother of taking the children without permission. Despite all of that, Anna was placed in a cabin with Hudson and no parents present.

This look back sits with those warnings and what it means that they didn't change anything. Anna was eighteen, a cheerleader from Titusville with plans to join the Navy. She was found dead under a bed aboard the Carnival Horizon — wrapped in a blanket, concealed beneath life jackets, cause of death mechanical asphyxiation. Ship surveillance reportedly shows one person entering and exiting. Her younger brother reportedly heard violent sounds from the locked cabin.
