My Beautiful, Broken Bones: Ancestral Healing and the Dance of the Feminine & Masculine

In this episode, I dive deep into my journey of ancestral healing and the profound relationship I’ve discovered between the feminine and masculine energies within my body. Titled "My Beautiful, Broken Bones," this episode explores how my physical and energetic sides hold the stories of my ancestors, etched into my bones and flesh, guiding me toward healing and wholeness.

I share how the brokenness I’ve experienced—both physical and emotional—became a portal to understanding the deeper wounds passed down through generations. By honoring the masculine strength in one side of my body and the feminine softness in the other, I’ve come to see how they mirror the dynamics of my life. Through this exploration, I uncover the layers of imbalance and find balance in the dance between giving and receiving, action and intuition, protection and vulnerability.

This story of healing, intertwined with personal reflection and connection to my ancestors, has transformed my understanding of myself, my relationships, and my purpose. Join me as I uncover the wisdom held within my body, illuminating a path toward greater integration, freedom, and harmony in both life and spirit.
