SENSITIVITY and CONSCIENCE

What does it mean to live with a clear conscience in a world that feels increasingly disoriented?

In this episode, we dive deep into sensitivity through the concepts of conscience and consciousness. Far too often, we treat our conscience like a tool for punishment—lashing ourselves or others with shame under the guise of "holding people accountable." We trade our internal guidance for rigid, external binaries that allow us to detach emotionally instead of doing the messy, sacred work of personal discernment.

We explore how to reclaim your conscience as a tuning fork or a compass that fuels your sense of integrity and behaviour. By stepping into "pure consciousness"—the quiet space of the observer—we can learn to safely hold the immense weight of what we sense without being destroyed by overwhelm.

Finally, we get into a discussion about the difference between good and bad (also to be published as a blog post), challenging the cynicism that labels goodness as weak or naive. Goodness is actually a fierce, robust, and rebellious choice.
