Tyarra is both a renowned Coach and Competitive Athlete in her own right. She has coached Female Athletes to the top levels of Natural Bodybuilding & it was amazing to have some very insightful discussions with her on this episode. We talked about a wide range of relatable topics for females in the bodybuilding industry. From approaching bodybuilding prep as a first timer, to how we realistically view our longer terms goals in the sport. (& so much more!) From both a Coach & Athlete perspective there is a lot of value to be taken away from the content we run through in this one!
