A Leadership Communication Coach and Internal Communication Auditor, Antoinette has spent over a decade working with the United Nations, UNICEF, and Plan International, shaping how organisations communicate, lead, and grow. She now partners with organisations globally to transform culture from the inside out.

But perhaps her most personal work lives closest to her heart — as Founder of YSA Global, a youth-focused NGO investing in the development of young leaders who will shape tomorrow's workplaces.
