Lindsay Clancy Barely Touched THIS Prescription

There is a bag sitting in evidence at the Lindsay Clancy trial that both lawyers are going to reach for, and it holds nine prescription bottles that are almost completely full. That bag went into the record on the first day of testimony, entered by the prosecution, in front of the father of the three children who died. Patrick Clancy took the stand as the Commonwealth's opening witness. Prosecutors walked him through the marriage, the three deliveries, the maternity leaves, and the anxiety that arrived every single time his wife had to go back to work as a nurse. Then they handed him the pill bottles. The counts came out one at a time. Seven gone from a Zoloft prescription filled in September of 2022. Six out of thirty gone from an Ativan prescription filled in October. A bottle with two gone, a bottle with three, a bottle that had never been opened at all. Asked whether he knew any of those numbers, he said no, and added that context mattered. Nobody was counting. That is the whole case in one sentence, and both sides know it.
