If you’ve been feeling energetically heavy, emotionally overloaded, or disconnected from your inner knowing, this grounding meditation offers a simple way to come back to yourself. In this episode, I guide you through the daily practice I use to release stored emotion, outside energy, and energetic heaviness through the body and into the earth, then reconnect with love, light, and inner truth.

Together, we move through barefoot grounding, breathwork, a full-body energy clearing, visualization, and a Venus and Jupiter light meditation designed to help you feel more centered, clear, and supported. This practice is a reminder that grounding does not have to be complicated. With intention, awareness, and a willingness to slow down, you can create space to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your own inner knowing.
