Burnout! You’ve likely used some form of that word to describe how you’re feeling, personally or professionally. When we’re experiencing burnout, it’s hard to have compassion for yourself or for those around you. Rebecca Ali is here for you! Rebecca has done deep research into the topic of burnout and shares what she has learned in this episode. As the founder of Rebecca Ali Consulting, she specializes in helping small businesses and start-ups create sustainable HR practices to help them succeed. Passionate about mentoring, she volunteers with Hire Heroes, supporting career transitions for military personnel and their spouses. Outside of work, she’s a mom of twin teenagers, the preferred human of her rescue beagle, Daisy, and the third-tier human of her two rescue cats.
