We’re back baby! With the nicest Saints fan in the world, Shane

We’re back! After a little time away, The Saints, the City, and Me returns just as the Saints are gearing up for another season — and there’s already plenty to talk about.

We kick things off by celebrating the greatest Saint of them all as Drew Brees finally takes his rightful place in Canton. We reflect on his Hall of Fame induction, his emotional speech, his extraordinary connection with New Orleans, and why, as we put it, “Nobody has ever meant more to any franchise.”

But it’s not all nostalgia. Training camp is underway, the preseason is approaching, and Saints fans have already experienced the full range of emotions — from the panic surrounding Jordan Tyson’s injury to the optimism coming out of joint practices with Jacksonville, where Tyler Shough has been turning heads.

We also dive into the quarterback battle, training camp drama, fights and camaraderie, the latest roster battles, and what we’ve learned about the Saints ahead of the new season.
