El: Καθώς η ζέστη του καλοκαιριού περνούσε ανάμεσα στα σπίτια της μικρής γειτονιάς, οι ήρεμοι δρόμοι γεμίζαν με χρώματα.
En: As the summer heat passed through the houses of the small neighborhood, the quiet streets filled with colors.

En: She took a hat and sunglasses, and discreetly left.

El: Έφτασε μπροστά στον κήπο του Νίκου και ψιθύρισε, "Είμαι εδώ για σένα, μικρέ μου φίλε.
En: She reached the front of Nikos's garden and whispered, "I'm here for you, my little friend."

El: "Σκύβοντας χαμηλά, άρχισε να σηκώνει τον νάνο της.
En: Bending down low, she began to pick up her gnome.

El: Ξαφνικά, άκουσε μια φωνή: "Ελένη!
En: Suddenly, she heard a voice: "Eleni!

En: What are you doing there?"

En: "Nikos, this is my gnome," Eleni said awkwardly.

En: "I was trying to take him back."

En: "I bought this one yesterday from the market," he said.

En: He thought for a moment and said, "Hold on a minute.

El: "Η Ελένη και ο Νίκος γέλασαν δυνατά.
En: Eleni and Nikos laughed out loud.
