Ericka Peake of OCD Home Solutions: Failed to Plan

Ericka Peake of OCD Home Solutions: Failed to Plan

Ericka Peake, the CEO of OCD Home Solutions, is passionate about the value she brings clients as she declutters and organizes their space. Since she posted a Facebook ad, 9 months ago, running OCD Home Solutions has been non-stop. Taking on over 91 clients in less than 10 months didn't give Ericka any time to plan a strategy for running her business, adding employees and being more intentional about organizing her own business processes and marketing outreach. Although she hasn't had much time for failures, as she reacts to an ever-growing demand, Ericka still took the time to explain several fascinating aspects of her business and working with people to declutter and organize their spaces.

Why does Kim have "kitchen tools," as in hammer, wrench, pliers and other hardware in a kitchen drawer? And why is Kirk's office so clean that Ericka walked through it thinking it was a reception area? Tune in to hear what this means about our co-hosts and why people collect clutter to the point of not being able to function in their space.
