This episode I talk about the challenges of navigating life in your mid twenties, from career indecision, to body image struggles, to the patriarchy and financial issues!

Join me on my rants about all of these things and my frustrations surrounding them, as well as the ways I ease this confusion and frustration and the ways I plan to navigate them going forwards!

It’s not all doom and gloom though, I also share my triumphs and successful moments from the past month! Quitting smoking, running a half marathon and working out ways to lie my life as my best self!

So join me as we navigate this tricky phase of life together. Let me know your triumphs and tribulations and how you’ve been celebrating or coping with them!! We’re all in this together so let’s get talking about it to relieve these confusing and lonesome times…
