The Visible Twenty: Take 20 Minutes for Yourself Without Paying It Back

The Visible Twenty: Take 20 Minutes for Yourself Without Paying It Back

If you keep canceling time for yourself, or you take it and then feel like you owe someone, this is a short, practical way to start.

The Visible Twenty is a simple plan for this week. You pick one twenty-minute block, tell the people you live with about it, and spend it on something that doesn't have to produce anything. You'll also get one line to use when the guilt shows up, and one rule for afterward.

The goal isn't to make the guilt go away. It's to have twenty minutes that actually happen.
