Zelensky Warns Putin: Winter Could Turn Against Russia

Zelensky has a warning for Moscow: if Russia keeps targeting Ukraine’s electricity and heating, Ukraine will make winter painful for Russia too. Could Russia’s historic ally—“General Winter”—turn against it?
