Bad Grandpa: Caught with Beer, a Condom, and a Pill

He's 72, with a bad heart, a wife of 30 years, and a granddaughter older than the girl he's driving to meet. Charles "Bad Grandpa Chuck" Schmidt even did the math himself, telling the "14-year-old" in the chat he was 58 years older. Then he kept typing. In this episode of Predators I've Caught, Chris revisits one of his first stings with the Harford County Sheriff's Office in Maryland. Chuck stopped for beer, took a pill on the way, and brought condoms. When he walked through the door, he went straight in for the kiss. Then Chris walked in. Chuck claims he "wasn't going to," but his own words say otherwise. When the arrest aired, his wife called it a setup and threatened to sue. Chris has a response, plus Chuck's sentence and what it means for a 73-year-old registered sex offender.
