Personalised learning for your career: the closed loop

Personalised learning for your career: the closed loop

Personalised learning for your career only pays off when it starts from a measured gap to a real role. This episode explains what hyper-personalised learning means, how it differs from a sorted course catalogue or adaptive delivery, and why it works best inside a loop.

That loop is closed loop career development. Measure the gap between a person and the role they want, from a resume, a job description or a mock interview. Build the learning around that gap and that role. Prove it with a skill check at the end of every week. Then the resume, the remaining gaps and the job matches update on their own, and the next gap is measured. The episode also covers four tests you can apply to any learning product, and one job whose match moves from 58 to 81 out of 100.
