They can help in our daily lives, and provide protection, guidance and healing. Today we will invite your animal spirit Hawk in for energy healing. There are many animal spirit guides in your life time when needed they will appear and help you….bring you wisdom strength and in time of need. They can come in dreams….or through signs.. I call forth your animal spirit….we ask for their energy healing and guidance…for support and protection….and so it is..and so be it… Sit comfortably…..let yourself feel completely relaxed, let go of your day so far…..drop into your breath…..in slow and long….and out……slow and long…..just breathe…inhale through your nose and deep into your belly…..and out your mouth…… Each muscle relaxes……..begin by feeling your face soften…..down your arms…fingers….chest soften….throat belly…..hips and legs soft….. feet and toes….relax Now…….we enter the animal spirit realm……..visualize…..in your mind a lush forest…….. Green grass…..tall trees……sweet smells of wildflowers……a babbling brook…. You feel safe……here…..the sun is shining and beating on your skin…..you are walking and exploring………you walk along a path lined by trees ……. Pass a mossy big tree………you look up…..the rays of the sun…..come through the treetops……. Call upon the animal spirit…..
