This week’s episode guest is Anna Kaplan, a holistic health practitioner, herbalist, yoni steam practitioner and nursing student. Anna is of Swedish and Kurdish descent and has spent her time connecting with her ancestral wisdom. A few years ago, Anna heard the call to study healing and herbalism and left her career in business and finance. She went on to study a herbalist program both in Sweden and Ireland and ended up also studying western medicine at a University in Sweden to tie it all together. She is passionate about women’s health and holistic approaches to healing and she is also a certified yoga teacher. She has also taken a shamanic approach to her own healing path. She is also a licensed yoga instructor and is working towards becoming a teacher of Vedic meditation.
