When it's time for you to rest and recover it's important to remember that YOU decide when you sleep. In this sleep hypnosis session you will make a choice to sleep and you will drift because it's within your own ability and personal right to do so.

After you fall asleep, subliminal left and right audio will play to help enable your mind to receive the deepest sleep and reinforce your ability to sleep better for many nights to come! Headphones are recommended but still optional.
