He reflects on a childhood shaped by football as the son of Liverpool and Wales legend John Toshack, and the influence his father has had over his coaching style. And after spending time observing Xabi Alonso at Bayer Leverkusen and Unai Emery at Aston Villa - two also heavily influenced by his father - Toshack is ready to put everything he's learned into practice as he seeks his next challenge.
