Leah is in the Navy. She never struggled with her weight until her twenties, when she moved out on her own. Her new job had her sedentary for eight hours a day and the weight began to creep on.

By the end of March of 2022, Leah reached her highest weight. A close friend gave her Fast Feast Repeat, and Leah began her IF journey that very day! She has lost 50 pounds, her skin and nails improved, and Leah felt her very best.

Leah is currently five months pregnant and has paused IF. She will resume her IF lifestyle after she has her baby and once she is past breastfeeding.

Leah’s advice: Have patience. Don’t panic! The weight loss may take time. Everyone’s IF story will be different.
