Sara Iacozza holds a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology and neuroscience, and she loves data because it gives her the chance to better understand people's behavior. She enjoys taking the time to explore the possible narratives data fit into and design information for her audiences in a strategic manner. Data is a medium, it's the story hidden behind that matters to her.

Sara works in Digital Attitude (Milan, Italy) as Chief Data Officer and User Experience Researcher, where she helps design digital products that can help people acquiring new professional skills. She is interested in diversity & inclusion, especially gender equality in the data science ecosystem, as such she is co-founder of R-Ladies Italy, a national community that focuses on empowering women and gender minorities pursuing jobs in data science.
