In this episode, our scouts break down the best the 2024 NHL Draft has to offer in 16 specific categories ranging from skating and shooting to physicality and rush-defending, selecting a different player for each category. First, they look at the puck skills and skating categories, which feature two of the best individual tools the 2024 class has to offer in Cole Eiserman's shot and Ivan Demidov's puckhandling. Next, they dig into some mental categories, such as offensive sense (Berkly Catton) and advantage-creation (Macklin Celebrini). Last but not least, they delineate the winners of the physical categories in this build-a-player exercise, featuring Artyom Levshunov's athleticism and Tanner Howe's motor!
