In this episode I talk with the amazing OCD specialist Shannon Renzulli LCSW. We discuss many things including the similarities and differences between GAD and OCD. We also take a look at perinatal anxiety.

Shannon Renzulli is a psychotherapist based out of Connecticut. She received her graduate education at Columbia University where she obtained her first master's degree in clinical psychology and a second master's degree in clinical social work.

Her private practice, Southern Connecticut Anxiety, focuses on helping adults who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, and maternal mental health. She is passionate about mental health advocacy and access to mental health care for all.
