Patricia Ramos (aka Little Miss Patricia) , is a fitness blogger, a powerlifter, a bodybuilder, and a lover of good food. She runs a fitness blog with her boyfriend where they share their love for fitness, inspiration, flexible dieting and more. Patricia has also created a large following on Instagram under @littlemisspatricia. Before her discovery of self confidence, Patricia was coasting through life. It wasn't until an important person in her life showed her to accept herself for who she truly is, to go after what you want and to be okay with failing as long as you get back up.
