Episode 23: Today we are getting honest and open with online fitness coach and personal trainer, Sophia Panella! Sophia has gone through an incredible journey from being on birth control, to getting an IUD and experiencing many health issues, including bacterial vaginosis, recurring UTIs, low libido, and ovarian cysts. We dive deep into her journey on how she was able to heal her body and went on to help other females do the same through personalized fitness coaching and nutritional plans. One of the main things that Sophia attributes to her health is cycle syncing. In today’s episode, we break down and really explain what each phase means and symptoms you may experience during this time. We also get some incredible advice on how Sophia was able to overcome low libido and how to keep the excitement going in a long term relationship.
