On this week's show, we discuss Yared Nuguse and Woody Kincaid electrifying the Boston University track by breaking the American indoor records in the 3000m and 5000m, respectively. Alicia Monson delivered following her viral workout video by winning the Dr. Sander Invitational women's mile in 4:23.55. Katelyn Tuohy broke the NCAA indoor mile record behind her in 4:24.26. Ajee Wilson extended her Armory winning streak with a victory in the women's 1000m. (The North American record fell in Boston at the hands of Canada's Lucia Stafford in 2:33.75) Keely Hodgkinson ran 1:23.41 for the 600m indoor world record.
