Meet Will Burnett, an veteran who ran over 4,000km to 'help save veterans lives' across Australia. Will is an incredible human and I'm privileged to call him a friend and delighted that you get to hear from his honesty and his love on this episode of the Between Breaths Podcast.

During this episode you'll hear some life changing bits of wisdom from Will, who is a breathwork facilitator who helps people heal from trauma, understanding that we are responsible for ourselves, we have the power to heal ourselves and Will is both a demonstration through firstly his own healing but secondly through the work he now does with others.
