QUE ES SAFe?

#Agile is a #mindset-- a way of thinking and doing #business that allows you a great deal of #flexibility during #market #changes, #infrastructuredevelopment, and employee happiness. As #Agile has become more and more popular, #Agile is growing as a sought-after aspect of any company.

It didn’t take long for people to #realize that #large #organizations go against many #fundamentals of #Agile-- imagine trying to steer an oil tanker around a much smaller one-person boat going right in its direction. Because of this, the hunt for a sustainable, successful method for #scalingAgile up for #large #institutions began. What emerged, in 2010, was #ScaledAgile, a #framework for allowing even #massive #companies to adopt #Agile. It soon became the leading z3framework for #enterprise #agility.

#ScaledAgile uses an #education and improvement-heavy approach to how #leadership is #managed and directed, simultaneously allowing for fast, #flexible change if needed. It #implements parts of other #frameworks, using them in conjunction with new ideas #developed from the ground up, being lightweight and #flexible, like #Agile itself.

#SAFe is an acronym, standing for #ScaledAgileFramework. #SAFe is just that-- an #AgileFramework existing to #scaleAgile up to an enterprise-level for #large #organizations where #traditionalAgile might otherwise fail. It works by building everything around the #SevenCoreCompetencies of the #LeanEnterprise, these competencies being #LeanAgileLeadership, #Team and #TechnicalAgility, #AgileProductDelivery, #EnterpriseSolutionDelivery, #LeanPortfolioManagement, #OrganizationalAgility, and #ContinuousLearningCulture.
