A subscriber sent me a question on how to have faith and keep moving forward as someone who isn't religious.

How do you deal with anxiety, overwhelm, and fear and what do you put your faith in? How to stop fearing the future?

When under stress, ENFPs can turn to our dark side...which isn't where we want to be operating from! To change this we need to get out of overwhelm and get back to our usual happy ENFP self...

Having faith in the future can really help defeat anxiety and stress and move forward.
