He can't sleep because he can't get his mind off of the sorry state of the world these days and, more specifically, climate change. Join me as I address this dad's concerns with the help of author and integrative health coach, Elizabeth Bechard. Elizabeth is an eloquent authority of the social, emotional, and psychological dynamics of climate change. She writes all about it in her latest book called Parenting In A Changing Climate.
