Episode 81- Better than mouth tape! It's SomnoSeal

This week we talk to Kimberly Hutchison, MD, Founder and Chief Medical Officer of SomnoSeal. SomnoSeal is an innovative, patent-pending device to comfortably and effectively eliminate dry mouth and mouth breathing during sleep. Dr Hutchison is a board certified neurologist and sleep specialist. She is an associate professor at Oregon Health and Science University and the medical director at Saipan Pacific Sleep Center.

Dr Hutchison created SomnoSeal to improve CPAP tolerability by allowing mouth breathers to successfully use smaller, nasal-only CPAP masks.

Dr Hutchison also leads KimberlyMD, LLC, an online sleep apnea education company that offers a CPAP 101 online course, CPAP coaching, support groups, and free weekly Sleep Byte educational videos.
