Having anxiety most of the time means negative thoughts, feeling doomed, feeling guilty, and bad for not being able to do the things we used to do. It's hard for us to see any progress or to feel proud of ourselves; on the contrary, we feel shitty. But let's change that. Come chat with me as I share why celebrating the smallest win is important.
