062 -TV, Film and Thankfulness with Joe Cox Autism Vlogger

Meet my amazing friend Joe Cox. We are talking about all things autism today including the hard parts like high school, how Joe chose Tv and Film as a degree, what some of his college challenges were and the resources he found most helpful, and what his dream job is now that he has graduated from the University of Arizona. Joe shares what he is thankful for this month as we celebrate Gratitude and Acknowledgment here in Mind Your Autistic Brain.

Joe Cox is the creator and host of the Joe Cox Autism Vlogger Channel on YouTube where he shares weekly insights into what autism is to him in 5 minutes or less. His witty and heartfelt insights into some of the tougher experiences like online ghosting and his everyday experiences like getting locked out of his laundry room will keep you coming back for more. Check out Joe’s great channel and you won’t regret it!!

Joe Cox is 30 years old and lives in Tucson, Arizona. He graduated from the University of Arizona in August 2019 with a degree in Film and Television. On his YouTube channel, he makes weekly videos about what it's like to have autism and its daily struggles. He also makes fun vlogs about more general subjects that have nothing to do with his autism diagnosis, as these video topics alternate weekly.

Mind Your Autistic Brain Talk Show hosted by The Social Autie, that’s me, Carole Jean. I am a late identified Autistic ADHDer, Mom and Coach and each week I either have a conversation with another late identified autistic, who shares their voice, experiences and journey with you or I am sharing steps from my signature UnVeiling Method to help you go from Struggling Burned Out Autistic to living your best Thriving Authentic Autistic Life. If you are on the Chronic Cycle Burnout Loop of Death, The UnVeiling Method, is the answer that will give you the process and the structure to live your best life now.

I am only one voice among many and I can’t wait to share my incredible friends with you and let you know that you are not alone on this autism journey, we are here with you.

Join us each Wednesday on your favorite platform. Be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss the latest episode and if you are loving the show, please take a moment to give a 5 star rating (If I’ve earned it) and a review on your listening platform or a comment under the video.

Help your friend who is just starting their autism journey and share the show with them too. We all need a helping hand and a friend looking out for us. Be that friend.

I look forward to hearing what you’ve learned each week. Share in the comments or on Instagram.
