This week on Empowered Sobriety, Lindsay and Abby talk about Lindsay's takeaways from a 2-weekend workshop called The Bridge Experience and Extreme Leadership by Preston Smiles and Alexi Panos. Lindsay shares a bit of her journey from Bridge & Extreme and she goes into some of the biggest takeaways from the experience. Lindsay and Abby discuss loyalty and how that has shown up in their relationships with people and their addictions. We speak to the universe continuously presenting opportunities for us to choose differently. Lindsay continues to speak to the end of her relationship and her awareness around multiple addictions and getting clean from them. Lindsay shares a process that she learned at the workshop that is called "the allowing process". This has been a huge tool to support her breaking of the attachment to her ex, her addiction to food to suppress and more. Abby gives you all a beautiful reflection of everything that Lindsay expressed and shared about her inner critic part and the allowing process. Turning our focus to Abby, she begins by noticing where she is at somatically and just drop into the space. Abby shares some new insight that dropped in for her based on Lindsay's share the week before, "How you do anything, is how you do everything."
