Do This To Avoid Stress & Triggers With Family

I'm excited because the holidays are here! But I do notice that this is also a time when past triggers from our childhood can rear up and show themselves because relationships are where we meet the shadows of who we are. Relationships will show us where our wounds are. Relationships will show us where we get to do more forgiveness work, more shadow work and clear out any cobwebs in our souls.

I love the holidays because this is the perfect time to do this.

I want to give you my very practical advice — because this is a time when we can spiral, nitpick, gossip, get angry, get triggered, feel frustrated or feel unbalanced — and it doesn't have to be that way. In today’s episode, I break down some of my advice and leave you with a breathing, visualization and grounding meditation that will help you be ready for all that comes your way during the holiday season.
