If We Were Riding - Ultraman FOMO? (#274)

The If We Were Riding gang invites a dude onto the show this week!

We're welcomed by Ultraman Florida finisher, Ariel Aponte. From February 9th to 11th, our own Khadijah Diggs was part of Ariel's crew over this grueling three-day race that encompasses a 6.2 mile (10 K) open water swim, a 261.4 mile (421 K) bike ride, and a 52.4 mile (84 K) ultra-marathon run.

Today, we discuss the highs and lows, who yelled at who, and who may have sharted. Most importantly, we discuss Ariel's big "why" to compete when several of his comrades no longer can.

Do the IWWR women see themselves racing or crewing an Ultraman in their future? We shall see!
