Are you kinky or are you curious?

Episode one started as an unnamed podcast. We introduced ourselves to you AND each other! As you will hear in the show, we are in fact, two strangers. After four years of passing each other in a park and through the randomness of the social media algorithms thinking we should be friends, there was finally an opportunity for us to meet. After a couple of weeks of back and forth in chat messages and this podcast was born. Our first episode was our first in-person meeting! If you’re wondering how two strangers can talk openly about kink, listen on, and find out.

Our goal is to make kink less taboo and to remove the shame and stigma associated with a kink in the black and brown community. What better way than two strangers having open honest conversations.

We touch on a few topics such as consent, body image, dating (more to come here) that are all essential to relationships in general and especially kinky relationships. We also explore the question, are you kinky or are you curious? At the end of the episode, we juggle a few names, and based on the dialog, Shades of Kink was born.
