#38 How to Increase Serotonin and Dopamine Levels (Of Lobsters and Men VOL 2)

Winning once is going to predict the future successes of a lobster because of experiencing a boost in the neurotransmitter serotonin Serotonin plays an important role in decision making, cognitive performance, risk-seeking behavior, and social affiliations. Low serotonin will lead to low serotonin-producing behavior and depression.
