Flexible (Daily) Programming

We speak so much about detailing out long term programming, how to potentiate one mesocycle into the next, how long to spend on one cycle and then the next, but we have never really spoken about a functional approach to flexible programming, ie waking up and deciding on a daily basis what to do next. This isn't an entirely lackluster approach to weightlifting, in fact with the right amount of knowledge about your own body and the principles of strength training, this can be an extremely productive means of programming.
