Women in the Workforce

Last September 865,000 women were pushed out of the workforce (US Bureau of Labor Statistics) and the number has continued to grow. Allison Robinson, CEO and Founder of "The Mom Project," started the company nearly five years ago on her maternity leave to support women in tackling these exact hurdles. Today, Allison shares her perspective on the current landscape of the workforce environment, tips for women to get back into work, and more.
