Season 3, Bonus Episode #1: Parenting Meditation: Where do my thoughts come from?

In our Patreon parent support space (hosted by Sujai Johnson and Vivek Patel) we lead a weekly guided meditation for parents. Today's episode is a recording of a recent meditation called "Where do my thoughts come from?" It is based on the process of looking at our thoughts and asking them 2 questions:

"Where do you come from?"
"What message do you have for me?"

We start with a guided relaxation and then move into our thought exploration.

I love doing these weekly Meditations with our members.
It's a chance for us to slow down and tune in together.
Something extra valuable in these times.

You can follow along with the guided meditation to get an idea of what we do in our member's parenting support space. We encourage parents to participate in these meditations even if you have your kids crawling all over you. Many of our parents do and they still receive profound benefit.

Meditation doesn't always have to be in stillness and silence. It can integrate into our every day lives.
Our awareness is always with us, no matter how busy we get :)
