Only 30 percent of employees identify as resilient in the workplace, which has a huge impact on productivity, mental health, agility and sense of belonging. In this episode of the “On Aon podcast,” host and Aon’s Chief Wellbeing Officer, Rachel Fellowes, kicks off the Better Being series, which is focused on the actions we can all take to build and support resilience in the workplace.
