This interview is going in as a substitute for episode 79 of Barbell Buddha, the "Barbell Shrugged Thanksgiving special w/ Christmas Abbott" that took place in Sweden while visiting Eleiko’s Headquarters. Dr. Galpin is a tenured University Professor with a PhD in "Human Bioenergetics". He teaches classes, publishes research, and works with athletes in the areas of health, human performance, strength & conditioning, and nutrition. If you’re a fan of Chris and Barbell Shrugged you’ve heard his name many, many times. Andy was a colleague, former roommate, and close personal friend with Chris. I can’t thank him enough for coming on the show and paying tribute to Chris’s legacy and giving an honest, raw, and at some times, emotional take on Chris’s life and legacy.
