Episode 25 – Exploring the Chakras Part 3 of 3 – The Cosmic Chakras

This week’s check-in comes from a conference call with everyone in their respective homes. Edward starts off talking about the anxiety around starting therapy and catching up on Continuing Education Units for his work. Jason talks about planning his Anniversary and his reaction to some feelings that came up around it. Lorri fills us in on the continuation of her shop and some interesting moments in her week. We wrap up our check-in speaking about shipping fiascos and scams we’ve experienced.

Our Deep Dive this week is the final episode exploring the Chakra System. Jason gives us a recap of what we have covered so far, and Lorri brings us in with the Cosmic Chakras. These Chakras are the ones outside of our bodies that connect us with the Universal energy and our creative and spiritual lives. We discuss ways to activate these Chakras and what the balance and imbalance look like.
