Eating or snacking constantly, between meals, after meals prevent you from doing intermittent fasting. The tip is to simply shift your 2 meals later in the day, bringing your last meal at 7 or even 8 pm at night. This will still give you a 4-hour eating window and 20 hours of fasting. Some people just like eating at night. This way the combination of keto and intermittent fasting can work for you.
