Ep 246: Attention, Belief, and Manifestation

Ep 246: Attention, Belief, and Manifestation

Start Your Transformation Now This episode has been on my mind in various ways for about a week or so. I was apprehensive about doing this episode only because I don’t want to appear to be repetitive, but for a lot of us, the only way we integrate and learn is through repetition. You have probably heard me say before, “You are where your attention is.” When you hear that, what do you think? Do you fully know it so that you can integrate it? Are you thinking, “OK, makes sense?” Or, are you thinking, “Geez, I wish he’d stop talking about that?” The reality is that your life comes down to attention and awareness, and what you have or have not in life or have and have not created is a matter of your attention and where you hold it. Candidly, when I did this episode, I was traveling. I did not have my regular podcast set up, and I was doing my best to get this out while in the middle of a day of travel, so my rhythm and sound may be off. But, what is sound is the message. It’s so easy to dismiss simple things when we hear things like “You are where your attention is,” but that one phrase can transform our lives when we fully understand it and master it. I go into many stories and scenarios in this episode in a final attempt to get people to understand and embrace this life-encompassing and life-changing principle. When you master this your life will change forever. Transformational Takeaway: You are where your attention is. Ep 1: Transforming Your Life From The Inside Out

Ep 1: Transforming Your Life From The Inside Out

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode you'll discover why you’ve worked really hard, put in all the effort, the hours, the blood sweat and tears and you’re still not getting the results you want. If you’re like most people you are working backwards—working from the “have do be” model. If I had the money then I could hire someone and grow my business. This is a broken model! The model that you want to start working from is what I call “be do have” model. “Who or how do I have to be to do the things that I choose to do to have the success that I want?” In this episode I discuss: Are you working from an identity that sabotages you? How perfectionism didn’t stop me from getting this podcast out How most people are working backwards The “be do have” model (if you’re not using this, you’re sabotaging yourself!) Why people are setting goals in the wrong way The reason you haven’t created what you want to create in life Who are you really? Where were you before you landed on this planet? A powerful question to start asking yourself Transformational Takeaway: What am I committed to and how or who do I have to be to achieve _____?
