Ep 257: Your Identity Confirms Itself

Ep 257: Your Identity Confirms Itself

Start Your Transformation Now Have you ever fully realized that your primary relationships are a reflection of you? The title of this episode is “Your Identity Confirms Itself” and it does that by moving you into relationships that confirm who you think you are. Let me give you the best example to demonstrate that we engage in relationships that confirm who we are. Let’s say that someone believes they are not worth a whole lot and they hold and have low self-value. As a result, they will seek to be in relationships that confirm this low self-value. An example is this: Ever seen someone in an abusive relationship? And, then after some time they leave the relationship, and you think, “Wow, I’m so glad they got out of that bad relationship.” And…a few months later, you hear they are back in a relationship, and someone says, “I don’t get it, this new person is as bad to them as the last person.” Why does this happen? It happens because our relationships confirm to us who we think we are, and the point of this episode is to take it one step further and have you look at your own relationship alignments. A person who thinks they are not worth a lot and deserves abuse will attract someone who does not value others a lot and abuses them. The abused attract abusers and abusers attract those who want to be abused. Why? Two aligned identities. One person sees themself as valueless and the other sees people as valueless and together, they are the perfect match. So, in your own life…the more aligned the identities in your closet relationships, the stronger and better the relationship will be. You may not be in an abusive relationship, but you do the exact same behavior in areas of your own life. If you want better relationships, further explore your own identity and your values and engage in relationships that support your own self-value. Transformational Takeaway: Your relationships will only be as strong as the alignment of identities. Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 59: Money Doesn’t Come From Hard Work

Ep 59: Money Doesn’t Come From Hard Work

Start Your Transformation Now If you’re like me you’ve heard it a million times growing up… “You have to work hard” to have a great life, get ahead, have financial security, etc, etc. Right? It was drilled into our heads by society and our parents and family, and here’s the thing, it’s just not true. After all, you see people working hard for a lifetime and they have little to nothing to show for it. In this episode I talk about: [1:13] Why working hard mostly likely won’t make you rich [9:58] How physics demonstrates that we don’t have to work hard to attract wealth [16:59] Why physics applies to your life and your money [19:41] How science and ancient wisdom merge in this area [20:02] Why worrying about money actually repels it And three powerful books that will actually help you develop your wealth and prosperity consciousness. The truth is this, great abundance does not come from hard work, it comes from your money consciousness. Many of the motivational speakers and internet personalities are yelling all day long about “hustle, and hard work and grind” and none of them have a clue that that approach generally repels the very wealth that you want. Transformational Takeaway: You will not be rich until you feel rich. Ep 58: Q & A - I Started My Own Business And It’s Not Working Out, What Do I Do Now?

Ep 58: Q & A - I Started My Own Business And It’s Not Working Out, What Do I Do Now?

Start Your Transformation Now If you’re reading this then maybe you can relate to the headline! I see this all the time, people wanting to be self-employed and people wanting to be entrepreneurs and they either struggle for years or they fail. Why such a high struggle and failure rate? Easy, it’s lack of process and mechanics or a lack of unconscious identity. Meaning, people don’t have the “skills” or have not developed the skills to be a successful business person or they don’t “see” themselves as a successful business person. In this episode I talk about both, skills and identity and how it applies so deeply to becoming a financial success as an entrepreneur. I talk about what skills you WILL need and what IDENTITY you must have to succeed. (Most don’t have either of these.) Transformational Takeaway: To be successful as an entrepreneur is more than wanting to be successful, you must have skills, process and the subconscious identity to make it happen. Ep 57: Life Is Choice

Ep 57: Life Is Choice

Start Your Transformation Now Do you love where you are in life right now? Happy with your money? Your job? Your relationships? This will be a short write up because it all comes to this: Where you are in life right now you have chosen to be there. Yep, it’s your choice. Life Is Choice. Life is a continuous process of choice which means “Life IS Choice.” In this episode I talk about: [1:32] Unconscious V Conscious choice [2:45] The definition of choice [4:08] Making choices before you find yourself having to make a choice [12:47] Why choosing from your feelings is self-sabotage [20:52] And, the ultimate choice you have made in your life. This is a simple episode and a powerful one. When you fully embrace the power of choice your life will change forever. Transformational Takeaway: If you don’t like where you are in life, start making different choices Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 56: Q & A - A Lack Of Money Is Forcing Me Back To My Old Life And A Job I Do Not Want, What Do I Do?

Ep 56: Q & A - A Lack Of Money Is Forcing Me Back To My Old Life And A Job I Do Not Want, What Do I Do?

Start Your Transformation Now Ever decided you wanted to change your life, you took steps to make it happen and before you knew it, you were right back in your old situation? Well, if that’s you, you’re not alone because the reason you go back to your old ways is that you change on the outside but not on the inside. You change your circumstances but not your subconscious identity, and when you only do that, you soon revert back to your old ways. In this episode I talk about: [4:32] Why your money situation never changes [5:00] How I myself changed on the outside and didn’t change on the inside [9:22] Are you cut out for certain types of careers and the money around that? [13:24] What victim mentality is [15:25] The three aspects of victim mentality And, as I say on each episode’s description, much, much more. The simple truth is this, until you leave your comfort zones and until you change your subconscious identity, nothing is going to change for you in your life. Transformational Takeaway: If you don’t have it on the inside, you won’t have it on the outside. Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 55: I Am Not Who You Think I Am, You Are Who You Think I Am. Let Go Of The Fear Of Judgement

Ep 55: I Am Not Who You Think I Am, You Are Who You Think I Am. Let Go Of The Fear Of Judgement

Start Your Transformation Now Every time you judge someone, you are not judging them, they are reflecting you back to yourself. This episode is about how we’re mirrors for each other and how when people judge you, they are not judging you, they are just reacting to who they think you are, based upon who they are. You’ve heard me say before, most people’s two biggest fears are the fear of being abandoned and the fear of inadequacy. These fears keep most people trapped for a lifetime, it’s time to release them. In this episode I talk about: [3:50] How many times your fear is rooted in personal insecurity [5:32] How people judge out of personal insecurity [9:36] How many times you judge people for judging you [12:05] How you judge yourself when others judge you [12:52] Why people judge [16:36] Why drives the fear of rejection And, like I say in every episode recap, much, much more… In this episode I talk about a few different ways to start BEing so the fear of judgement by others no longer bothers you. When you change how you interpret judgment, the fear of judgement goes Away. Transformational Takeaway: People are not judging YOU, they are telling you who they are. And, you are going to be judged, no matter what so do, so do what you love. Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 54: The Relationship Between Self Worth And Habits

Ep 54: The Relationship Between Self Worth And Habits

Start Your Transformation Now Destructive habits? Self-sabotaging yourself over and over? Have you considered this reflects your self-worth? Do you have the best of intentions but go back to doing destructive things? If so, you’re going to love this episode because as the title says, it’s all about your self worth and habits. In this episode I talk about: [2:33] How self worth is an epidemic issue [3:48] How you’ve been told NO most of your life and you deny yourself [6:07] The way I used to disguise binge drinking, sabotage [8:24] An extraordinary poem, mindset, to raise our kinds by [11:17] How some people use low self worth to achieve great things And, much much more. You’ll hear me say, “We don’t destroy what we love.” If you’re into self-sabotaging habits you’ll get a lot from this episode. Transformational Takeaway: We treat ourselves like we perceive ourselves. Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 53: How Your Brain Sabotages Your Goals

Ep 53: How Your Brain Sabotages Your Goals

Start Your Transformation Now How many times have you set goals for yourself only to find that you’re right back into your old patterns and you never achieve what you think that you want? If you’re like most people, that is your exact pattern: Wanting a goal but not achieving it because you can’t shake loose of your old patterns and habits. In the first sentence I said, “What you think that you want.” What you think that you want is not what you get because you get your habits and they don’t come from the “thinking” part of your brain. In this episode I talk about: [2:44] The three largest parts of your brain and how they function [10:38] How your reptilian brain sabotages your goals [12:19] Why your reptilian brain operates from survival and predictability [13:09] Why what you think you want is usually not what you get [15:09] And how to dissociate from the reptilian brain habits I have created episodes on habits but this one dives deeper into the exact way the reptilian brain sabotages your goals and what you think that you want. Transformational Takeaway: Your goals come from your prefrontal cortex “thinking” brain and your habits come from your reptilian brain. They battle each other and you have to disassociate from your reptilian brain habits. Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 52: How To Erase Anxiety, Depression and PTSD Using Your Mind

Ep 52: How To Erase Anxiety, Depression and PTSD Using Your Mind

Start Your Transformation Now If you’ve ever had anxiety, depression or PTSD you know how debilitating it can be and how painful it can be. I’ve been there. Many years ago I had depression, anxiety and panic attacks and I used my mind to eliminate it all. What I can do, you can do. You don’t have to be in pain because you can use the power of your mind to heal yourself, both mentally and physically. In this episode I talk about: [2:51] All the professional organizations that endorse hypnosis [4:47] Some of the things that hypnosis can help heal [10:27] The one thing that hypnosis cannot change [11:18] What to look for in a hypnotist [12:21] One of the processes I used to help a client eliminate anxiety [24:30] Why most healthcare professionals don’t know about hypnosis And much more. This is a very casual episode and I talk about how important it can be for you to learn this life skill or seek out a qualified hypnotist. In most cases and for most people, it can make dramatic changes in your life. Transformational Takeaway: You can change almost everything in your life and health using self-hypnosis and the power of your mind.
