Ep 257: Your Identity Confirms Itself

Ep 257: Your Identity Confirms Itself

Start Your Transformation Now Have you ever fully realized that your primary relationships are a reflection of you? The title of this episode is “Your Identity Confirms Itself” and it does that by moving you into relationships that confirm who you think you are. Let me give you the best example to demonstrate that we engage in relationships that confirm who we are. Let’s say that someone believes they are not worth a whole lot and they hold and have low self-value. As a result, they will seek to be in relationships that confirm this low self-value. An example is this: Ever seen someone in an abusive relationship? And, then after some time they leave the relationship, and you think, “Wow, I’m so glad they got out of that bad relationship.” And…a few months later, you hear they are back in a relationship, and someone says, “I don’t get it, this new person is as bad to them as the last person.” Why does this happen? It happens because our relationships confirm to us who we think we are, and the point of this episode is to take it one step further and have you look at your own relationship alignments. A person who thinks they are not worth a lot and deserves abuse will attract someone who does not value others a lot and abuses them. The abused attract abusers and abusers attract those who want to be abused. Why? Two aligned identities. One person sees themself as valueless and the other sees people as valueless and together, they are the perfect match. So, in your own life…the more aligned the identities in your closet relationships, the stronger and better the relationship will be. You may not be in an abusive relationship, but you do the exact same behavior in areas of your own life. If you want better relationships, further explore your own identity and your values and engage in relationships that support your own self-value. Transformational Takeaway: Your relationships will only be as strong as the alignment of identities. Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 33: AYNI - The Reciprocity Of Life

Ep 33: AYNI - The Reciprocity Of Life

Start Your Transformation Now This is a very special episode because it is the first time that I have a guest on the podcast. Today’s guest is Mr. James Wedmore, who is a very very good friend and he’s here because our relationship perfectly reflects the topic of today’s episode – AYNI. AYNI is an ancient Incan word for the concept of reciprocity of life. James and I play a huge role in each other’s lives and serve each other. In this episode we talk about in great depth the concept of AYNI and giving with an open heart. In this episode we talk about: [7:20] Why you need to give first to be able to get [8:30] The difference between doing something with your heart and giving without any expectation vs. just doing it for the money [12:40] Aligning with your purpose [17:18] How letting go of things (even if they are valuable) sometimes is the best thing you can do if they are not in your heart [29:39] How having money doesn’t change you and your being [33:57] How selling is helping others because if people don’t have skin in the game, they don’t get the transformation [47:25] How you can manifest anything and give even without having any money Transformational Takeaway: Your life will become truly amazing if you follow the AYNI principle and you start giving with an open heart to people around you. Ep 32: Q & A - How Do I Believe In Myself?

Ep 32: Q & A - How Do I Believe In Myself?

Start Your Transformation Now If you’re like billions of people you could probably relate to the headline. All the motivational speakers, gurus, and armchair motivators yell from the rooftops, “You have to believe in yourself to be successful.” There’s a way to get out there and make things happen in life and it has nothing to do with believing in yourself. In this episode I talk about: [3:57] Belief in self usually comes down to confidence [4:44] Confidence then comes down to competence [8:12] Why judging how “good” you think you are is a trap [14:58] Why it’s not your place to judge how good you are And, finally, I talk about what’s more important than believing in yourself and how operating from this place eliminates the need to “believe in yourself.” Transformational Takeaway: Stop asking how good you are and start asking what you can do to help people. Ep 31: What Is Your Purpose?

Ep 31: What Is Your Purpose?

Start Your Transformation Now How often have you asked yourself this question: “What is my life’s purpose?” If you’re like almost all people, you’ve asked yourself this question over and over and you still haven’t found your answer.  In this episode I dig deeper and take a look at your life’s purpose from a much higher perspective. For most people, they have never thought in this way. They’ve never expanded the level from which they see and experience their lives. In this episode I talk about: [5:38] “Where you’re living from” [9:59] Looking at your life in a bigger context [10:45] Why your purpose is internal and not external [13:28] Why your external purpose is not your real purpose [24:54] And, how working from your highest potential will help you connect with your real purpose Also, I talk about meditation and why this is so important. The easiest way to work from higher purpose is to quiet your mind and connect at the deepest levels of who you are. Transformational Takeaway: Your TRUE purpose is alignment Mentioned Resources: James Wedmore’s Niche Training https://www.jimfortin.com/nichetraining Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 30: Q & A - Up And Down With Money Is My Money Theme Song…How Do I Stop That?

Ep 30: Q & A - Up And Down With Money Is My Money Theme Song…How Do I Stop That?

Start Your Transformation Now Are you on the “money roller coaster?” Money goes up, money goes down and it’s a never-ending cycle, if so, this episode pertains to you. In this Q&A episode I dig into Stacy’s question about why her finances are like a roller coaster and I address why this is her “theme song.” I used to be on that same roller coaster, so I know it well. However, I got off that crazy ride years ago. It’s exhausting, as you know. In this episode I talk about: [3:33] Why the money roller coaster is simply a reflection of your identity [4:29] Your money “thermostat” and how it controls your income [12:11] Why people never see dramatic shifts in income [21:08] Why you have to change your money consciousness And, as you know, a lot more. Oh yea, one huge thing I talk about is the “cause and effect” of money. Money is the effect of a cause, and 99% of people focus on having the effect and place no attention on the cause…which repels money. If you want off the roller coaster then make sure you listen to this episode. Transformational Takeaway: If you don’t fist have money in your mind, you’ll never have it in your environment. You MUST be rich in your mind before you can have it in your life. Ep 29: Why Are You On The Planet?

Ep 29: Why Are You On The Planet?

Start Your Transformation Now Have you ever asked yourself why you’re on this planet? I don’t mean “what is your purpose while you’re on the planet, but the bigger question is…why on this planet? I attempt in this episode to get you to start thinking from a much higher perspective about the nature of your existence here on Earth. Most people search for a lifetime looking for their “purpose,” and they spend their life like a dog chasing his tail looking for this answer. When people think about their purpose, they are mostly thinking about how that gives their life meaning relative to others, but have you ever thought about the bigger cosmic purpose of you coming to this planet? In this episode I talk about: [4:12] How most people see life only in the context of time on the planet [5:39] How do you grow and evolve beyond your perceived time here? [7:09] How we are all born into a world that traps us in a small reality [11:53] Where is your predominant focus on your life right now? [17:27] And, the two biggest reasons you are on this planet. The point of this whole episode is this. Are you living fully into the duality of self and have you evolved into someone who lives from the higher value, meaning and purpose of your cosmic self or have you lived for the sustenance and convenience of your 3D ego? Transformational Takeaway: Do you live to serve and make the world a better place and do you live to serve and EVOLVE your higher self as much as you can? Ep 28: Q & A - What Is The Difference Between Attachment And Commitment

Ep 28: Q & A - What Is The Difference Between Attachment And Commitment

Start Your Transformation Now Have you ever held on to something too long? A relationship, job, or something you were working on that you ”hoped would work out?” If so, you’re not alone. In this episode I obviously talk about the difference between being attached to an outcome and committed to an outcome. Many times people hang on too long to something that they don’t have the skills, abilities, passions or talents to see to fruition, especially related to income-producing opportunities. In this episode I talk about: [5:55] Why hoping and wishing is not a commitment, it’s an attachment [7:01] Why being strategic in commitments is vital to the success [8:45] The reason many people won’t start commitments [9:37] How attachment often creates disappointment and repeated failure [11:04] Why attaching to a perfect outcome stops most people And, much more. As you may have heard me say before, commitment is the bridge between where you are and where you want to be, it’s vital to your success. And, attachment is literally that, attaching to an outcome, which 99% of the time you can’t control which most times leads to disappointment. Transformational Takeaway: Be strategic in your commitments and do not attach to outcomes. Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 27: MYTH: Money Comes To Us Based On The Value We Create.

Ep 27: MYTH: Money Comes To Us Based On The Value We Create.

Start Your Transformation Now If you’re like most people into personal development, you’ve probably heard someone along the way say, “You get paid according to the value you create in the world.” I heard that many years ago and used to believe that if I wanted to become rich I needed to create more value in the world. You know, the old Zig Ziglar quote, “Help enough people get what they want and they’ll help you get what you want.” Over the years I’ve discovered that is only half of the equation. In this episode I talk about: [2:42] Why many people who create a lot of value in the world are broke [4:40] The reason the “social worker” mentality does not create business wealth [6:54] Why you have to couple prosperity consciousness with the value you create [12:25] Why contribution is more important than achievement [15:19] And, specifically, how you must first value the value you create If you don’t value your own value, then it’s going to be hard to attract prosperity because you don’t value the very thing which is supposed to attract money to you. Value what you do and the world will respond to that value. Transformational Takeaway: You have to value what you do. If you don’t value your own offering, no one else will. Ep 26: Q & A - What Do I Do When I Don't Feel Good Enough?

Ep 26: Q & A - What Do I Do When I Don't Feel Good Enough?

Start Your Transformation Now How often have you felt like you’re not good enough or that people are going to reject or judge you? Welcome to the two biggest fears that most people have: abandonment and inadequacy. People are going to reject you, and you’re not good enough. Both of these are huge energy suckers for most people and they relegate most people to the sidelines of life. The only way you can not be good enough is when you compare yourself to others and most people compare the worst of themselves to the best in others. A completely skewed and unfair comparison. In this episode I discuss: [1:34] Why comparison is useless [3:04] Why comparisons lead to a lifetime of unhappiness [9:44] Accepting there is always someone ahead of you and someone behind you [22:33] When will you be good enough? [23:57] How good do you have to be? [25:03] Who are you comparing yourself to? And much more. If you’re comparing yourself to others, you’re wasting your life. Transformational Takeaway: No two people have the same karma so the comparison is a waste of your time and life. Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?
