To the outside world, Ingrid's life looked organized, normal and joyful – but internally, she was feeling lost, alone and living in her head.

She was worried about the vulnerable piece. She feared what would happen in our group coaching calls and if she would belong and feel safe after everything she'd been through. Which in my opinion is super valid and it's why I share with you these types of podcasts.

How she went from a self-proclaimed control freak… to a totally surrendered state. (Even when her hubby was wanting to "do more")
The very specific way she knew she was on the right track, even though she hasn't seen any physical proof yet.
What finally clicked to help her get pregnant naturally (and is now 22 weeks pregnant!)

She says, "I'm very fact driven and I often think – if I can understand concepts of surrender with my brain then it'll work – but when you actually properly embody surrender in your body… it feels like the most amazing breath out. And like this weight that is taken off of your shoulders. It's a peace and calm that I had not felt in such a long time."
